MTV Video Music Awards Fashion
Better start off with Lady Gaga since everyone was wondering what kind of outfits she would pull out for the show. Her dress was designed by Alexander Mcqueen and was a little odd, but that’s nothing new coming from her. I expected something more, but when you win 9 moon men you can wear whatever you want!
Selena Gomez is finally 18 and broke out of her childhood image a little bit by wearing a sexy silver gown designed by Reem Acra. The dress isn’t the best look for her, but her point that she isn’t a little kid anymore was made.
Apparently somebody told Ke$ha the VMA’s had an ABC (anything but clothes) theme this year. Her garbage bag dress would have probably been perfect for a frat party, but not the white carpet at the event.
Katy Perry didn’t let a little case of the cold keep her from looking great at the show. She wore a dress designed by Marchesa that worked perfectly for her body.
Twilight star Ashley Green also wore a short sexy outfit designed by Giambattista Valli with Jimmy Choo heels. Was it too short though??
Another outfit that could have been a tad too much was Ciara’s. She wore a feathery dress by Givenchy that didn’t leave much to the imagination.
